Pre-Work Checklist

Thanks for choosing our experienced team at Rinse Prince for your power washing services. While our experienced team has pressure-washed thousands of properties, here is a checklist of a few simple things that you can do to ensure that your appointment goes smoothly.

To help make your power washing appointment go smoothly and to ensure that our team safely cleans your property and is aware of any sensitive areas, please double-check the checklist below to ensure your home or property is ready for our team to visit.

Clear All Surfaces

Please ensure that driveways, paths, walkways, decks, patios, and steps are clear of anything you believe could be damaged by pressure washing equipment. This includes things like statues, patio furniture, flowerpots, vehicles, and bikes.

Close All Windows

Water has a way of finding its way through windows left ajar or open, especially when we’re cleaning the exterior walls and windows. Please ensure that all of your windows are closed and latched securely to prevent any moisture from entering the building.

Remove Any Hanging Items

Before your pressure washing appointment, please ensure that all hanging items, such as hanging plants, decorations, wind charms, bird feeders, or other items that aren’t securely fixed to exterior walls.

Limit Pedestrian or Vehicle Traffic in the Area

While our team is actively cleaning in different areas, it’s essential to limit the amount of traffic, both pedestrian and vehicle, in the area that is being cleaned. While we pressure wash, we ask that you keep all pets, children, and people inside the home. If you need to move through an area that is being cleaned, just let one of our team members know, and they’ll ensure that it’s safe for you to walk or drive through.

Keep Your Pets Secure

While our team is working, please keep all of your pets locked securely in the home or away from the area being pressure washed. Not only will this prevent your pets from getting in the way of pressurized water, but it will also keep them away from any full-strength cleaning solutions before they are watered down.

Pre-Work Notifications

If any areas of your home or property are predisposed to water leaks or have seals that are old and fragile, please notify our team members before the beginning of pressure washing. This will ensure that they pay extra attention to those areas while washing. If you have any damaged or pre-existing damaged areas, including outdoor speakers, cameras, or lights that are sensitive to water, please notify our team members so that they can take extra precautions around these areas. Once your checklist is complete, we’re ready to go!

“Ricardo and his team did a fantastic job. Our bluestone patios look like they’re new again, erasing years of stains, dirt and grime. They worked very hard and went above and beyond the scope of the job. They were reasonably priced and the perfect customer service experience!”
